Our company learned that one of our employees was looking to adopt. She was not able to because the radiators in her home were steam and needed to be boxed. The company got together and paid a contractor to box the radiators for them and the adoption process made it to the next round!
We have a charity account because we never want to say “no” to a kid selling something for a trip to Washington DC, for new uniforms, supplies, etc. By funding this account we can say “yes”.
My company pays for all of their employee’s children’s schools supplies, excluding college or university.
We support the local junior lacrosse program by paying for one membership for a kid who otherwise could not afford to be on the team.
