The Upward Spiral Foundation was founded by Martin Bissett in 2016 to fulfill a dream to inspire others to help those around them who simply don’t have enough. The Foundation has its roots in the Rossendale Valley in deepest Lancashire, operating from the small town of Rawtenstall.
